Barnstable Village based life-long Cape Cod resident; having lived and/or worked in nearly all of our unique villages spanning from Sandwich to Wellfleet. I am a full time sales agent with a special interest and credentialing (SRES) for representing seniors who are at a transitional point in their lives and wish for extra support and resources for all aspects of a downsize and/or relocation; from pre-sale prep and staging, to closing and beyond. Happy to work alongside family members or other support systems if desired and when appropriate, for optimal first hand communication through all phases. In addition to my SRES Designation, I have an interest in historic properties and hold a corresponding Historic Property Sales certification, the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation, as well as a Luxury Homes Sales certification.
