David was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, worked summers on Cape Cod in high school and college, and returned to the Cape in 2021. He has an extensive background in residential real estate as well as resort and second-home properties. David is known for his attention to detail, unwavering work ethic, and sense of humor. By actively listening to the needs of clients combined with an in-depth understanding of local market trends, David has successfully helped buyers and sellers navigate the competitive housing environment. His expertise and negotiation skills in partnership with the resources and reputation of Robert Paul Properties are of great benefit to clients. When David is not working, you will likely find him golfing, fishing, volunteering for his neighborhood’s association, or photographing the beauty of the Cape. His son, Sebastian attends Middlebury College and is a member of the alpine ski team, and his wife, Tiffany, is a family medicine physician.
