Kate Paddon has been a full-time resident of Provincetown since 2015 and fell in love with the Outer Cape during her first visit in 1988. Before settling in Provincetown, Kate and her husband, Ray, owned a cottage at Corn Hill Beach in Truro. This retreat was not just a home base, but a cherished launching pad for countless summer adventures shared with their four beloved boys, a time treasured by the entire family. With a background in social services, including roles at Planned Parenthood and a women’s crisis center, Kate transitioned to real estate, drawn by her own positive experiences as a homebuyer and seller. Known for her attentive client approach, Kate aims to reduce stress and manage every aspect of the buying or selling process. As a valued member of the Holmes Group, Kate contributes to a team that has collectively overseen over 450 transaction. With a wealth of experience on the Outer Cape, the Holmes Group is known for its expertise in the local market.
