With a background in nursing and a passion for home design, Stephanie brings a unique perspective to real estate on Cape Cod’s Upper Cape and South Coast. A Registered Nurse since 2011, she spent over a decade in cardiac and public health care before channeling her skills into property investment and renovation. After designing and remodeling several homes with her husband, she purchased her first rental property in 2021 and now manages both short- and long-term rentals. As a valued member of the Fox Team, Stephanie combines her eye for detail, commitment to service, and personal investment experience to help clients navigate buying, selling, and investing in towns like Bourne, Wareham, and beyond.
