Shane and his wife, Erica, discovered Cape Cod’s natural beauty, culture, and welcoming community as weekenders more than 16 years ago before settling year-round in Yarmouth with their two children. Growing up between Manhattan and Westchester County, Shane developed an early love for real estate alongside his late father, a broker and investor. While at New York University, he earned his real estate license and joined DY Realty Group, working on multimillion-dollar industrial and commercial deals. Shane later built an 18+ year career in marketing and business development at CNBC, Semcasting, and Capital Advisors Group, where he served as Director of Marketing and helped grow assets under management from $8 billion to $29 billion. He has also invested in residential and commercial properties and enjoys being hands-on throughout construction. Shane brings marketing expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and a relationship-first approach to sellers and buyers.
