With over 8 years in the real estate industry, Matthew Pfund brings a unique blend of operational expertise, market insight, and personal service to every client interaction. He began his career at Robert Paul Properties in administrative and operational roles, developing a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for boutique-level service in the luxury market. He later served as Director of Operations at a multi-state brokerage, working with top-producing agents to build business strategies and elevate the client experience. Now returning to Robert Paul as an agent, Matthew offers clients a high-touch, results-driven real estate experience. He holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut’s School of Business. Based in Boston, Matthew enjoys live concerts, time with family and friends, and staying active. He believes real estate is ultimately about people—and takes pride in building relationships rooted in trust and results.
