About

Alfred Schofield is a team leader of the Guthrie Schofield Group and a dynamic force in Cape Cod real estate. A Barnstable native, Alfred began his career as an entrepreneur, co-founding VitalFit Nutrition shortly after graduate school at Babson. The company scaled quickly, forming a nationwide partnership with Equinox before being acquired by TB12, Tom Brady’s health and wellness brand. At TB12, Alfred held key leadership roles, ultimately overseeing the company’s e-commerce division. His path into real estate began as an investor focused on value-add renovations and multi-family properties. That hands-on experience led him to join Paul Grover, founding principal of Robert Paul Properties, as VP of Strategic Growth before co-founding the Guthrie Schofield Group with Tony Guthrie. Today, Alfred blends entrepreneurial vision with local insight to deliver strategic, client-focused results across Cape Cod and Greater Boston.
